This villa is located in the newest premier development in Tobago, Samaan Grove. Samaan Grove is gated
with 24 hour security. The Columbus Villa is a large, well laid out rental with beautiful furniture. All linens are included
with this rental. The kitchen comes with a four burner stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, all pots, pans, and cutlery.
A stackable washing machine and dryer are found in a room just off the kitchen area. The house has an entertainment centre
which includes a flat screen TV with cable, a DVD player, and a stereo system. Upon opening your living room doors you
are lead to the pool area with a stainless steel Barbeque, and a herb garden. Another major benefit of this property is the
access to the famous No Mans Land. Renting the villa gives you access to the beach for the occupants of the house only. The
villa is staffed with one housekeeper who works six days a week from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and is off on Sundays. She can cook
a meal for you or do your laundry at your own cost.
The Villa is five minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from
the closest major port. It is Five minutes from most beaches and attractions. There are two 18-hole golf courses just a few
minutes away. Tobago has Reef tours, a plethora of scuba diving options, rainforest tours in the oldest rainforest reserve
in the western hemisphere. Horseback riding, windsurfing, kite surfing, kayaking, mountain biking, parasailing and fishing
charters are all easy to arrange and are close to the villas location. The villa comes with full management services
