Our Villa is located approximately 12 minutes from Disney and near to all other attractions. It sits in a very private
position overlooking the 18th fairway of Highlands Reserve Golf Course.
As the pictures will show it has a large lanai with private pool and has the use of a private tennis court and community
pool just a few minutes up the road.
The Villa is fully fitted as a family home, to include TV and DVD facilities in all five bedrooms and in the den (where
there is also internet access and X Box 360 games console).
The games room has an 8ft slate bed pool table, along with air hockey and darts board.

The Villa consists of 5 bedrooms, one king, two doubles and the further two bedrooms both have two single beds. There
is also a pull out sofa bed in the games room.
