Worldvilla-rentals is solely a service, a service to provide villa owners to advertise their property for rental purposes, and a service to holiday makers who wish to rent any villa/property that may be advertised. *Special Condition - Free advertisement will be for a limited time until further notice, you will not be drawn in to a contract that requires you to carry out a further term after notice, nor will you inccur any costs during your free advertisement or after you free advertisement.

Terms & Conditions for Advertiser

1) Worldvilla-rentals is not liable for any on page content (pictures, pricing, text, personal information), the form you (advertiser) fill out needs to be accurate as spelling mistakes are not checked for. 2) Worldvilla-rentals are not liable for who uses the web site as a rental service. 3) You are responsible for managing and checking if and when a booking is made. It is at your discretion that you rent your property to unknown persons. 4) For any unforeseen circumstances that may happen involving your villa/property due to rental purposes, Worldvilla-rentals will not be accounted liable we are simply a service. Who you decide rents your property is at your own discretion.

Terms & Conditions for Renter

1) For a true booking it is your (Renters) responsibility to ensure you have filled out all sections of the booking form. 2) It is down to the advertiser as to whether they wish to contact you. Worldvilla-rentals are not responsible for any individual booking that is made. It is between you and the advertiser. 3) Worldvilla-rentals are not responsible for on page information that you will read. This is provided by the advertiser. Nor are we responsible for any information that may differ from what is supplied to what has been stated.
